According to the ICF definition, life coaching is the collaboration between the Coach and the Client, in a creative process that provokes thought and inspires the Client (coachee), to maximize his personal and professional potential.

This is achieved with the support of the coach to the coachee, in the realization of his abilities and skills, his strengths, personal development, spiritual elevation. In addition, according to the terminology of the word coaching, it is the training of the mind, through which we are given the possibility to deepen our values, our wants, our dreams, the purpose of our life, exploring our beliefs, behavior us, our emotional intelligence, etc., so that we can create a better relationship with ourselves.

What life coaching is not

Life coaching is not a method of psychotherapy, counseling, or a medical approach. It does not offer ready-made solutions, since it is based on the logic that for all the issues that concern our lives, the solution exists within us. The decisions made by the coachee are personal and therefore differ from person to person. Finally, the sessions are very different from the videos on the Internet, which offer some advice, or some philosophical approaches.

What I offer in a life coaching session

The initial first session is provided free of charge. It usually lasts 30 minutes, during which we get to know each other for the first time. I explain the process and some concepts that will be used frequently, send our agreement and we fill out a questionnaire. Then, depending on the desired sector in which we will work, its duration is determined, which has a time of 60 to 90 minutes. Through the basic skill of active listening, the appropriate questions for you are also formulated, where they are intended to lead to reflection, investigation, creative thinking, etc., elements necessary for self-understanding, questioning limiting beliefs, establishing goals etc. In addition, I send the appropriate material that may be needed and/or we explore together the coaching method, meditation, relaxation exercises, visualizations that suit you. I become your companion in the discovery of the wants, the purpose of life, the possibilities, the goal, the way of thinking, the anxieties, the difficulties... the change you want to achieve.

Life/Life Purpose/Wellness A holistic approach through life and transformational coaching techniques and models, meditations, visualizations, as well as my personal BLOSSOM model. All are combined holistically for the better quality of life, awakening, finding the purpose of life and general well-being of mind and body.

Anxiety/Panic Attacks We work together on my specialized program for managing anxiety, panic attacks, panic disorder, agoraphobia, etc., which includes ready-made charts, journals and relaxation exercises/meditations, daily short-minute communication (outside of scheduled sessions) , with the aim of understanding the feelings, thoughts and reactions in each situation, so that it can be dealt holistically and definitively.

Work It concerns entrepreneurs, individuals, as well as students/pupils. I use specific models of inspirational coaching, where strengths and weaknesses, challenges, possibilities, perspectives, vision, goal, etc. are clarified, leading to an integrated action plan.

Relationship Human relationships are complex, precisely because it takes two! Friendly, companionable, collegial, professional, family. We discuss topics that may involve disruptions within the relationship, or outside of it in the event of a breakup, establishing boundaries and how far these are considered normal, understanding emotions, and "gauging" the state of the relationship. A big challenge might be "how can I create a relationship? (friendship or companionship)" or even questions about loneliness or loneliness. Finally, there is the option of discussing mourning.

Parenthood The parent role is studied as an autonomous part of the whole world relationships. This is because the complexity goes up many "levels". That something is complex implies that it requires methodical and coordinated effort, not that it is difficult or impossible. Depending on the issue being addressed, the session time is split in half. For half an hour, we discuss "challenge" programs, which are provided by me, via email on a daily basis.

Time Management The demands of everyday life have now changed a lot compared to previous generations. This inevitably implies the reduction of free time. Thus two questions are explored, the first is quantitative, "how can I create more free time?", and the second is qualitative, "how can I use my free time".
