Active listening means, I listen to my interlocutor, with full attention, understanding in depth what he says, making the questions that will lead to the solution

Undoubtedly my most basic principle. Both in the sessions and in my everyday life. Empathy is a vital element in human relationships. It is the driving force for understanding the other's  person point of view.

Respect

In order to establish a relationship between a coach and a coachee, a necessary condition is respect. Respect for the opinions and the ideals. For social, cultural, religious, sexual etc. preferences of the coachee, as well as in his choices-decisions.
